Indictment Roundup: February 2023

February’s Hillsborough County Superior Court – North Indictments include indictments related to the New Year’s Eve stabbing outside the Families in Transition shelter, the armed robbery outside of the Red Arrow Diner, the police chase after a robbery by a man out on bail, the string of robberies at Beeze Tee’s, 7-Eleven, and Queen City Market, a December accident that left one person seriously injured, and a July shooting through an apartment wall.


177 indictments were handed down for 65 individuals, with 19% being for Theft/Fraud/Robbery and 18% being drug-related. 15% were for Assault.


Out of the drug charges, over a third were for Fentanyl.


Below are some of the indictments included.


Violent Crimes:

  • Charles A Dexter of Manchester

  • Abshir I Ibrahim of Manchester

    • Indictments: Second Degree Assault (4)

    • Allegedly struck multiple people with a baseball bat and choked one of them

  • Omnia Mohamed of Manchester

    • Indictment: Second Degree Assault

    • Allegedly struck someone with a glass bottle, causing a laceration.

  • John Vianney of Manchester

    • Indictments: Criminal Threatening, First Degree Assault

    • Allegedly said “leave my apartment. I don’t want to se you. If you stay here, I am going to kill you,” and stabbed the person in the back of the head with a knife.

  • Nayjah Exsiana Suazo of Manchester

    • Indictments: Cruelty to Animals, First Degree Assault, Domestic Violence

    • Allegedly kicked a dog, threw a knife at someone, and screamed “I will cut you.”



Crimes Against Minors:

  • Debra Gee of Hillsboro

    • Indictments: AFSA

    • Allegedly sexually assaulted a minor under 16 multiple times

  • Christopher Peters of Goffstown

    • Indictments: AFSA, FSA

    • Allegedly sexually assaulted a child under 13

  • Koda Seace of Manchester

    • Indictments: Second Degree Assault, Simple Assault

    • Allegedly pushed a child under 13 into a chair, causing brusing


Theft and Fraud:

  • Robert Castle of Hooksett

    • Indictments: Reckless Conduct, Robbery, Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Criminal Threatening

    • Allegedly stole a Dodge Durango after threatening to shoot someone.

  • Luis Concepcion of Manchester

    • Indictments: Robbery, Reckless Conduct, Falsifying Physical Evidence, Receiving Stolen Property

    • Allegedly stole cash from Speedway at 311 Queen City Ave and then drove more than 100 mph in a stolen vehicle while attempting to evade police on Cilley Road

    • This is in relation to the early February incident where the chase ended in a crash. Concepcion was out on bail and wanted for failing to show to court on multiple charges from 2022.

  • Jonathan Santiago-Martinez of Manchester

    • Indictments: Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Burglary (2), Robbery, PRCFF

    • Allegedly stole over $1,500 of merchandise and cash from Beeze Tees, pulled a knife during a robbery of Queen City Market and broke into 7-Eleven.

    • This is related to an incident in September at Beeze Tees, an incident at 7-Eleven in December, and an incident at Queen City Market also in December.

  • Marquis Anderson of Manchester

    • Indictments: PRACC, PRCFF, Reckless Conduct, Receiving Stolen Property

    • Allegedly fired a stolen pistol in the parking lot of DraftKings

  • Lorenzo Carideo of Lincoln

    • Indictments: Criminal Mischief, Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Burglary

    • Allegedly stole and damaged property from Guitar Center

  • Michael Fleet of Manchester

    • Indictments: PRCFF, Sale of a Controlled Drug: Death Resulting, Sale of a Controlled Drug, Falsifying Physical Evidence, Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Theft by Deception

    • Allegedly sold fentanyl to a person that resulted in the person’s death and then attempted to alter his Facebook messenger log with that person, stole a Honda CR-V and used a stolen TD Bank card to buy gift cards at Rite Aid

  • Sean Gerber of Nashua

    • Indictments: Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Attempted Theft by Unauthorized Taking

    • Allegedly removed items and cash from multiple cars in the Town of Mount Vernon

  • Nicholas P Knee of Hollis

    • Indictment: Robbery

    • Allegedly struck someone several times and pulled her from a vehicle, while stealing cash from her.

  • Hector Maldonado of Mancheser

    • Indictment: Robbery

    • Allegedly stole $40.00 while armed with a knife

  • Jennifer L Mercado of Manchester

    • Indictments: Insurance Fraud (3)

    • Allegedly filed a duplicate insurance claim and had already collected payment.

  • Michael Neuberger of Candia

    • Indictments: Robbery, Burglary

    • Allegedly elbowed two people as he left Macy’s with stolen merchandise

  • Michael Noel of Manchester

    • Indictments: Receiving Stolen Property (2), PRCFF (3), Possession of Controlled Drug with Intent to Sell (3), Posession of Controlled Drug (4), Felonious Use of Firearm, PRACC (3)

    • Allegedly possessed: a stolen Glock 43, a stolen Sig Sauer P320X5, a Glock 30, >5g fentanyl, >5g cocaine, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, trenbolone ethanthate, buprenorphine, while having previously been convicted of at least 3 felonies


Driving Incidents:

  • Frank Hyslop of Manchester

    • Indictments: Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Conduct

    • Allegedly crossed the double yellow line on Front Street, colliding with another vehicle and causing a serious injury while intoxicated

    • This is related to a December accident.

  • Enzo M Day of Houston, TX

    • Indictments: Reckless Conduct

    • Allegedly drove in donuts in JC Penny parking lot, scaring the passenger so that they jumped out of the vehicle

  • Kevin Hokenstrom of Manchester

    • Indictments: Reckless Conduct, Conduct After Accident

    • Allegedly backed up into another car and drove off

  • Angel Ortega of Manchester

    • Indictments: Reckless Conduct (2), Driving After Revocation or Suspension, Disobeying an Officer (2)

    • Allegedly recklessly drove a vehicle putting Lieutenant Reardon and others in danger


Misc:

  • Dyllon Potvin of Manchester

    • Indictments: Unauthorized Use of Propelled Vehicle or Rented Property, Reckless Conduct, Falsifying Physical Evidence (2), CDAAP (3)

    • Allegedly failed to return a Ford E450 to U-Haul, fired a pistol into the floor of his apartment, and attempted to hide the pistol under a rock and flush the casing down the toilet.

    • This is in part related to a July shooting.

  • Delon Buco

    • Indictments: Arson, Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct

    • Allegedly started a fire in the bed of a pickup truck and fought someone in the middle of Merrimack St

All the indictments are dependent on evidence brought before the Grand Jury and the accused are innocent until proven guilty.
