No Show In Court On Felony Charges Leads To Arrest Of Luis Concepcion
MANCHESTER, NH - A Manchester man facing several felony charges was released on bail and failed to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
Luis Concepcion, 51 was scheduled to appear in court last week and failed to show up according to Heather Hamel the Manchester Police Spokesperson.
He was out on bail for multiple pending charges from separate incidents. Concepcion faced charges of robbery, burglary, armed robbery, theft of a motor vehicle, felony theft by deception, felony receiving stolen property, falsifying physical evidence, and credit card fraud.
