Fugitive of the Week Richard Paul Labbe in Custody
The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces the arrest of former Fugitive of the Week, Richard Paul Labbe. Labbe, 57, was wanted on parole violations stemming from an underlying conviction of manslaughter.
Labbe was featured as the Department’s Fugitive of the Week on March 20, 2024. Through joint collaboration with law enforcement agencies, information was received and a warrant was executed by members of the United States Marshals Service. On March 21, 2024, Labbe was located in Clinton, MA, residing at a local hotel. Labbe was taken into custody without incident and is currently being held on a fugitive of justice charge at Worcester County Jail.

The Fugitive of the Week program was launched by the Department of Corrections in March of 2023 to encourage public assistance in locating individuals who have absconded from supervision. Each Wednesday, the Department shares information on a specific fugitive through various communications platforms, and with law enforcement through the New Hampshire Information and Analysis Center.
