Fugitive of the Week: Richard Paul Labbe

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is attempting to locate and arrest fugitive Richard Paul Labbe. Labbe is wanted on a Parole Violation warrant issued 7/7/2020.

Labbe is serving a 15-30 year sentence after conviction of Manslaughter. Labbe has a significant criminal history including manslaughter, kidnapping, history of absconding, and prior violations of supervision. Labbe became a fugitive shortly after release and was arrested in MA on a Fugitive of Justice charge in December of 2020.

Labbe's last known location was at the Worcester House of Corrections, MA in December 2020, however, he was released on $1,000.00 cash bail, and he immediately absconded from supervision again. Labbe has ties to NH and MA and a history of abuse of illegal substances which have resulted in violent tendencies.
