The Brazilian operation, which quickly grew, was eventually entrusted to a friend and partner, while Jonathan, after many requests from friends and family, decided to bring his passion for coffee back home to New Hampshire.

In 2021, William & Sons Coffee Co. found its humble beginnings in the quiet woods of Loudon, New Hampshire. It was a stark contrast to the urban energy of Porto Alegre, but the natural setting perfectly embodied the company's ethos of connection and community.

From a small roasting lab, the company began to perfect its craft, sourcing high-quality green beans directly from farmers and roasting them with meticulous care.
