Get ready, Manchester! A new culinary destination, Café at Bravo, is set to open its doors at 85 Hanover Street, directly across from the Palace Theatre. This isn't just another sandwich shop; it's a commitment to fresh, handcrafted fare, promising an exceptional dining experience.
A Menu Built with Passion
At Café at Bravo, the focus is on quality and flavor. You won't find microwaves or processed ingredients here. Instead, anticipate a menu brimming with bold, thoughtfully balanced flavors designed to satisfy any craving. Whether you're in a hurry for a quick lunch or settling in for a leisurely meal with friends, Café at Bravo aims to please.
Every element is made in-house daily, from slow-roasted meats to freshly sliced cheeses. A point of particular pride is their fresh bread, baked daily by a local bakery and delivered each morning, ensuring that warm, perfect foundation for every sandwich.
Sandwich Stars and More
The menu boasts over a dozen specialty sandwiches with playful names like The Brisket Bomber, Curtain Call, The Godfather, and the Whimsical Wich. All meats are cooked on-site and can be enjoyed in sandwiches or purchased by the pound. Beyond sandwiches, you'll find a variety of freshly prepared salads and cheeses available by the pound.
Accompanying your meal are classic sides, including coleslaw, pasta salad, potato salad, and fresh fruit. To complete your dining experience, Café at Bravo will offer a selection of craft beer and wine.
Family-Friendly and Community-Focused
Café at Bravo is designed to be a welcoming spot for everyone, including the little ones. A dedicated kids' menu features favorites such as grilled cheese, junior-sized subs, pizza, mac and cheese, and a sweet finish with Gifford's ice cream.
Located in a recently renovated building, Café at Bravo is one of two restaurants opening in the space, both locally owned and operated.
As the owners shared, their mission is clear: "Every sandwich we serve is built from scratch, with nothing frozen, nothing processed — just real food, made with real love. From slow-roasted meats to freshly sliced cheeses, every layer is made in-house daily. Even the bread — our pride and joy — is baked fresh every morning, soft inside, golden outside, and just the right amount of chewy."
Convenient Hours
Café at Bravo will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., making it an ideal stop before or after events at the Palace Theatre.
Mark your calendars: the restaurant is slated to open in mid-August. Stay tuned for more updates!
