One Fugitive of the Week Arrested and Another Removed From List

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces the arrest of former Fugitive of the Week, Coreen Blaire Gagne. Gagne, 23, was wanted on probation violations from an underlying felony conviction of controlled drug/premises kept (318-B:26:III:A).

Additionally, the department is removing Brandon Robert Janak, 29, from our Fugitive of the Week list as his whereabouts are known, and he is not a threat to the public.

Janak and Gagne were featured as the department’s Fugitive of the Week on March 22, 2023, and April 5, 2023, respectively. Gagne is currently being held without bail at the Belknap County House of Corrections, awaiting arraignment.

The Fugitive of the Week program was launched by the Department of Corrections in March of this year to encourage public assistance in locating individuals who have absconded from supervision. Each Wednesday, the Department shares information on a specific fugitive through various communications platforms, and with law enforcement through the New Hampshire Information and Analysis Center.
