Fugitive Of The Week: Brandon Robert Janak

The NH Department of Corrections is actively attempting to locate and arrest fugitive, Brandon ’BJ’ Janak. Janak is wanted for Parole Violations stemming from an underlying conviction for Controlled Drug /Acts Prohibited.

Janak's criminal background includes: Possession of Controlled Drug, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Felon in Possession of a Dangerous Weapon. He was recently indicted by a Grand Jury on 2 Felony level possession charges; 2 Felon in Possession of a Dangerous Weapon charges; and one Felon in Possession of a Self-Defense Weapon outside the home.

Janak has gang affiliations. He may be in the Tilton, Franklin, or Hill areas. The NH Department of Corrections is seeking any information that may lead to the location and arrest of Janak.
