Kayla Montgomery Indicted On Two Perjury Charges
Two formal indictments have been handed down by the Hillsborough County Grand Jury that convened in August.
Kayla Montgomery was indicted on two felony counts of perjury. According to the indictments, one of the indictments indicates that Kayla Montgomery lied under oath in May 2022 about the time she worked a shift. The second perjury charge indicates Kayla Montgomery lied about the location where she had worked a shift.
None of the indictments and charges against either Kayla Montgomery or Adam Montgomery are specifically related to the investigation surrounding Harmony Montgomery.
Harmony was last seen alive in 2019, and authorities recently indicated the investigation is a homicide investigation at this time, and no longer a missing person case.
