Four New Indictments For Adam Montgomery - None To Do With Harmony's Death

The Hillsborough County Grand Jury for the month of August has handed down four felony indictments for Adam Montgomery.

Montgomery who remains held on Preventative Detention at the Valley Street Jail has been indicted on other charges during the investigation of Harmony Montgomery.

Two "Special Felony" charges for Armed Career Criminal were handed down, and two felony charges of Felon In Possession Of A Fire Arm.

This is in addition to 8 previous indictments, including 2 previous charges for Armed Career Criminal, bringing Montgomery's total indictments for Armed Career Criminal to 4.

Each of the 4 charges for Armed Career Criminal carries mandatory minimum sentencing of 10 years and is not allowed to be served concurrently with any other sentence.

Kayla Montgomery also faces two perjury indictments handed down by the Grand Jury.
