40 New Apartments Ready To Lease At 83 Hanover Street

MANCHESTER, NH - If you have driven down Hanover Street over the last two years, you have seen a commercial building at 83 Hanover Street under construction.

Previously known as the Odd Fellows building, the building has been home to businesses, including artists, hair salons, restaurants, and offices.

Located in the heart of Manchester's Arts and Theater District, the Palace Theatre is directly across the street, and the Rex Theatre is just steps away.

Red Oaks Properties purchased the building and has worked over the past two years to convert it into 40 apartments, two retail spaces, and a yet-to-be-announced restaurant, which will occupy almost 3,800 square feet.

Many of these apartments will have views of the Palace Theatre, Hanover Street, City Hall, and the popular "Greetings From Manchester" mural on the side of the parking garage.

These newest apartments in Manchester are within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and shops. A restaurant will be located on the first floor of this building.

Parking is convenient with an on-site, four-story parking garage. One garage parking card is included in the rent for each apartment.

Public transportation is at the corner of Elm Street and Hanover Street.

The building will have a variety, including 20 semi-furnished apartments and four large unfurnished studios. There are also 15 one-bedroom apartments, one of which is ADA-accessible. One apartment is a two-bedroom style. Sizes range from 328 sq ft to 939 sq ft.
