Transitional Housing Unit Resident Placed On Escape Status

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announced that minimum-security resident Clifton R. Caron Jr. of the Calumet Transitional Housing Unit in Manchester has been placed on ESCAPE status, after failing to return to the Calumet House on June 20, 2022.

Mr. Caron was last seen around 9:00 A.M. Monday, June 20, 2022, at the Calumet House when he signed out for work and was traveling by foot. Mr. Caron was expected to return to the Calumet House at 10:30 P.M.

Mr. Caron is a 30-year-old black male, 5’9”, 200lbs, brown eyes, and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black pants, and black sneakers with a black select backpack.

Mr. Caron is incarcerated for burglary with a minimum parole eligibility date of July 22, 2022.
