Man Charged With Reckless Conduct After Discharging Gun While Reloading

On December 11, 2022, at approximately 10:20 AM, Manchester Police responded to a Kennard Rd duplex for a gunshot report.

The reporting party told police that a bullet had come through a communal wall, went through their apartment, and lodged in the wall. No one was injured.

Through the investigation, police contacted the neighbor, 24-year-old Duncan Campbell, and learned that the gun had discharged as he attempted to reload it.

Campbell was charged with Reckless Conduct and has a January 13, 2023 court date.
