Get Ready For An Awesome Family Car Show In Downtown Manchester Saturday

Get ready!! The 22nd annual Cruising Downtown family car show is this Saturday it will help raise funds for the Manchester Rotary which helps kids.


Old cars, modified cars, trucks, and every type of vehicle that you can imagine will line up on Elm Street, side streets off Elm, and across the Bridge Street Bridge.

Last year tens of thousands of people came out and viewed the vehicles, listened to live music, live demonstrations, and a wide variety of food offerings.


The Elm Street stage will be featuring bands; Off Duty Angels and Speed Trap


The Veterans Park stage will host several bands including Frankie Boy & The Blues Express, River Sang Wild, and The Matt Swanton Band


The event begins at 8 a.m. and runs until 4 p.m. and it is free, but donations to help the Rotary are accepted at several volunteer stations.


You’ll see volunteers collecting money throughout the show to help countless charities that receive checks that your donations help generate the funds

It is important to clarify the event is Saturday, September 2nd, A couple of spammers set up fake event pages with wrong dates and times.

Ample parking will be available near the event site, and visitors can take advantage of Downtown Manchester’s dining and shopping amenities.


BonFire Country Bar is one of many restaurants where you can take a break, have a cold one, and do some people-watching

"Each year, the Manchester Rotary Club gets together and puts countless hours in to plan the ultimate car show for you and your family. And all we ask for is; for you and your family to come down and enjoy it."


The weather for Saturday is looking perfect so come out and be part of this great effort!


Elm St. from Lake Ave to Bridge St will be closed beginning at 6:00 AM on Saturday, September 2nd, and will re-open at approximately 6:00 PM. This also includes McGregor St. @ Bridge St. Bridge Eastbound only.


All unauthorized vehicles left on Elm St. within the area noted during this time will be towed at the owner's expense.
