Former Manchester Mayor Honored

Monday workers from Manchester City Hall and local residents lined up to honor Raymond Wieczorek as the procession was escorted down Elm Street.

Wieczorek served several elected positions including Mayor of Manchester, and Executive Counselor.

Manchester Police provided the escort, and the procession paused in front of City Hall and proceeded down Elm St.

Manchester Fire Truck 7 draped a flag over Elm Street while the procession drove under it.
