Arrest Warrant Issued For Kayla Montgomery For Failing To Appear

Yesterday Kayla Montgomery was due in Hillsborough Superior Court at 10 a.m. but Montgomery did not appear.

The Prosecutor's Office then filed for an arrest warrant and it was approved by a judge.

Kayla Montgomery's charges include Theft by Deception, Receiving Stolen Property, and most recently, Perjury.
