U.S. Marshals Seeking "Fugitive Of The Week"

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest Manchester Police Department fugitive, John Patrick Barber. Barber is wanted for a Sex Offender Registration Violation – Duty to Report.

Mr. Barber is required to register as a sex offender due to a 2013 conviction for Felonious Sexual Assault on a Child >13 years of age and <16 years of age with an age difference of greater than 4 years. Barber was last known to reside in Manchester, NH, but his current whereabouts are unknown.

If you see someone who resembles Barber, please contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, or your local police.
