U.S. Marshals Seeking "Fugitive Of The Week"

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest fugitive, Nicholas Cummings, who violated multiple bail conditions set by the U.S. District Court of NH.

After charges were filed for possessing and distributing controlled substances in April, Cummings was released on bail with conditions meant to manage his drug use and community interaction. Unfortunately, Cummings' violations center around evidence of repeated drug use and failures to comply with court-ordered programs.

Cummings is native to Nashua and has strong local ties there.

If you see someone who resembles Cummings, please contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, or your local police.
