U.S. Marshals Seeking "Fugitive Of The Week"

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest Federal fugitive Ryan Joseph Luther.

Luther is wanted for violating conditions of his Federal Supervised Release. Luther is on Supervised Release due to a 2020 conviction and sentence in US District Court for the Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl.

Mr. Luther was last known to be homeless living in and around the Manchester NH area. Luther has a very extensive criminal history with violent tendencies and mental health concerns.

If you see someone who resembles Luther, please contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, or your local police.
