Two Arrests Made in Blaine Street Shooting

Manchester Police have made two arrests in connection with a shooting incident that took place in the early morning hours of January 25, 2024.



Arriving officers found shell casings on the sidewalk near 183 Blaine St. Shortly after a 23-year-old Derry man arrived at Catholic Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the chest.


Police learned that the victim had been involved in an argument and during it, a female threatened him with a knife and a male shot him. Through the investigation police identified Marselle Desbordes, 22, and Abigail Quirindongo, 19, both of Manchester as suspects. All of the involved parties are known to each other.


Warrants were issued and on Friday evening, January 25 ,2024 the two turned themselves in to Manchester Police.


Desbordes is charged with two counts of First Degree Assault and Quirindongo is charged with First Degree Assault (attempted) and Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon. Both were held on preventative detentions pending arraignments in Manchester District Court.
