Men Arrested After Violent Armed Robbery on Calef Road
Manchester Police have made two arrests in a violent robbery earlier this month.
On May 2, 2023, at approximately 9 PM, the victim was walking on Calef Rd when an SUV pulled up beside him. Two males got out, grabbed him from behind, dragged him to the ground, and assaulted him. The suspects then robbed him of his iPhone and several other items before leaving the vehicle. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Through the course of the investigation, Manchester Police were able to identify the two suspects as David Hoffens, 30, and Adrian Hardisty, 26, both of Manchester. They were both arrested and charged with Felony Robbery.
Hardisty was found to have multiple active warrants for First Degree Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Felon in Possession of a Dangerous Weapon, Burglary, Criminal Threatening, Criminal Mischief, and Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon.
Hoffens and Hardisty are scheduled for arraignment today (5/16/23) in Hillsborough Superior Court-North.
