Massachusetts Man Arrested For 2021 Tru Hotel Incident

Manchester Police have made another arrest in connection with an incident that took place outside the Tru Hotel in September 2021.

Jonathan Hurtado, 33, of Chelsea, Massachusetts was arrested on charges of Second Degree Assault, Aggravated DUI, and Sexual Assault. This stems from an incident on the above-mentioned date, where a female was struck by a motor vehicle and people were fighting in the parking lot. When police arrived they found Hurtado lying in the road with serious injuries.

Through the investigation, it was determined Hurtado had assaulted the female, hit her with a car, and was later assaulted himself. The female sustained minor injuries.

In 2021, 21-year-old Pedro Nunez and 23-year-old Ayei Akot were arrested in connection with this incident.
