Manchester Police Searching for Derry Man Wanted in Connection to S Willow Street Shooting Incident

Manchester Police are actively looking for Joseph Finan, 26 of Derry in connection with a shooting on South Willow Street last month.

On September 12, 2023, at approximately 11:15 PM, Manchester Police officers responded to 1045 South Willow Street for a shooting incident.

Officers spoke with multiple witnesses who explained that several vehicles were in the parking lot near Taco Bell and someone fired a gun from one of the cars. The driver then sped out of the parking lot.

Through the investigation, police learned that the individual in that car had also pointed the gun at someone and made a verbal threat.

Police identified the driver as Finan, and a warrant was issued for his arrest, charging him with Reckless Conduct and Criminal Threatening. Anyone with information about Finan’s whereabouts should call Detective Max Rahill at 603-792-5555.
