Manchester Police Investigating an Assault

On October 5, 2023, at approximately 2 AM, Manchester Police responded to the area of Lowell St and Kosciusko Street for a report of an assault taking place.

When police arrived, they located the caller and a 62-year-old man who was bleeding from the right side of his head. The man was conscious but mostly incoherent. The caller told police that the man had been arguing with a man and woman. The man swung his cane at the pair during the altercation and fell. While he was on the ground, the male he had been arguing with started kicking him. The two then ran from the area and were seen getting into a white 4-door sedan.

The victim was taken to a local hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
