Manchester Man Arrested On Two Felony Charges For Nonconsensual Image Distribution

MANCHESTER, NH - Nashua Police have arrested a Manchester man and charged him with two felony counts of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual Images.

Nashua Police say the incident took place on January 31, at 1:22 a.m.. The victim told officers that her former partner Ouellet had disseminated private sexual images without her consent.

Detectives furthered the investigation and learned that Ouellet disseminated a sexual image and a sexual video. An arrest warrant was applied for and granted charging Ouellet with nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images.

Ouellet was released on bail and is scheduled to be arraigned at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District on August 24, 2023,
