Man Out on Supervised Released Wanted For Boat Theft

Manchester Police are actively looking for Andrew Dufresne, 51, of Manchester in connection with a boat and trailer theft.

On July 20, 2023, at approximately 8 PM, surveillance cameras captured a dark-colored SUV pulling into a parking lot on Blaine St and a man and woman getting out. The man gets in the driver’s seat, and the woman guides him back to a boat trailer with a 2003 18-foot Mariah motorboat on it. After they hitch the trailer to the SUV, they drive out of the lot.

Through the investigation, Dufresne was identified as the man in the video. He is wanted on a charge of Theft by Unauthorized Taking. It has also been determined that Dufresne is currently out on supervised release for a 2014 bank robbery.
