Man Out on Bail Arrested for Valley St Robbery

On September 8, 2023, Manchester Police arrested David Mitchell, 33 of Manchester, in connection with a robbery that happened earlier this summer.

On July 19, 2023, officers responded to 240 Valley St and spoke to a man who reported being assaulted and robbed inside an apartment he was staying at. The victim told police a man aggressively approached him and demanded money. He said when he refused, the man kicked and punched him and ultimately stole cash.

Through the investigation, Mitchell was identified and a warrant charging him with Robbery and Violation of Bail was issued.

When he was arrested today, he was also charged with Stalking (misdemeanor) and an additional Violation of Bail, in connection with an unrelated incident.
