Man Out On Bail Arrested For Throwing Rocks At The Mall
On June 28, 2022, at approximately 7:20 PM, Manchester Police responded to the Mall of New Hampshire for a report of someone throwing rocks at cars and people.
Arriving officers spoke with a driver who reported that she was on the northwest side of the mall and had stopped for a pedestrian when a man threw a rock at her car. The driver pulled over to call the police and told officers that while she called, she saw the man throw more rocks at both cars and a group of juveniles walking. The victim described the rocks as “large boulders” and she was concerned they could seriously hurt someone. Dispatch received two more calls about the same thing.
Officers located a man meeting the description of the suspect. The man was identified as 38-year-old Malou Mayuol Roric of Manchester. Roric was arrested and charged with Reckless Conduct with a Deadly Weapon and Criminal Mischief. It was also determined that Roric had active bail conditions from a past arrest. He was subsequently charged with Breach of Bail. Roric will be arraigned today (6/29) in Hillsborough Superior Court-North.
