Man Out On Bail Arrested For Armed Robbery

On December 5, 2022, at approximately 7 PM, Manchester Police responded to 40 Orange St. for a robbery.

The victim told police that a man he knew came to his apartment, threatened him with a knife, assaulted him, and then took his money.

The suspect had left the scene when police arrived but was quickly located at a local convenience store. He was identified as 21-year-old Hector Maldonado of Manchester.

Maldonado was charged with one count of Robbery (Armed) and Simple Assault. Maldonado was also found to have an active warrant and found to be in violation of active bail conditions.
