Man Arrested On Outstanding Warrant, Additional Drugs And Firearm Found

On December 13, 2022 at approximately 5:30 AM, members of the Manchester Police Department SWAT, along with the Manchester Police Department Special Enforcement Division, served a search warrant at 221 Lake Avenue. Information was received that a subject wanted on an active Manchester Police Department arrest warrant for numerous felony-level offenses was staying at the location.

SWAT members were able to take the subject in question, 39-year-old Michael Noel of Manchester, into custody without further incident.

During the search, suspected illegal drugs, as well as a firearm, were found. In addition to Noel’s outstanding arrest warrant, he was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute and Possession of a Controlled Drug.

A Preventative Detention was placed on Noel, and he is scheduled for arraignment today (12/14) in Hillsborough Superior Court-North.
