Man Arrested For Exposing Himself In Park
On September 19, 2022, at approximately 7:30 AM, Manchester Police responded to Sheehan-Basquil Park for a report of a man exposing himself in the dugout. The person who reported it was concerned because children were in the area.
When the officer located the man and approached him, he threw a hypodermic needle to hide it. He was ordered to stand up and stop moving but would not follow orders. The officer warned him that he would tase him if he did not comply and ultimately did so.
The man, identified as 38-year-old Jason Keno of Manchester (no set address) was taken into custody.
Keno was charged with Indecent Exposure, Possession of a Controlled Drug, Falsifying Evidence, and Resisting Arrest. He was released on PR bail and has an arraignment scheduled for October 21, 2022.
