Man Arrested For Criminal Threatening At BJ's

A 19-year-old Dunbarton man turned himself into the Manchester Police Department this morning in connection with an incident involving a threat with a firearm that happened late last year.

This case stems back to December 11, 2022, when Manchester Police responded to the BJ's Wholesale Club at 200 John E Devine Drive for a report of a criminal threat.

An employee told police that a car was drifting in the parking lot, creating a hazard for people walking to their vehicles. The driver was asked to leave and did so but returned shortly after. The occupants began yelling obscenities at employees and throwing things outside their vehicle.

The employee again asked them to leave, and the driver pointed a gun at him. The car then left the parking lot and was later found unoccupied in a nearby lot.

Through the investigation, police identified Michael Bussiere, 19, as the vehicle's owner and established probable cause to issue a warrant for his arrest. Bussiere was charged with Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon.
