Man Arrested for Assault

Manchester Police have arrested a man in connection with a violent assault earlier this month.

On October 5, 2023, at approximately 2:10 AM, officers responded to the area of Lowell and Kosciuszko Streets for a report of an assault. The caller said a white male with blond hair was kicking a man on the ground.

The suspect had left the area prior to police arriving, but the victim was still lying on the ground. The 62-year-old man was conscious but unaware of his surroundings. He had non-life-threatening injuries to his head and face and was taken to a local hospital.

Through the investigation, police were able to identify the suspect as Kyle Babb, 26 of Chichester. A warrant was issued for his arrest, charging him with Second Degree Assault.

On October 25, 2023, Babb turned himself into Manchester Police. He was scheduled for arraignment in Hillsborough Superior Court-North today (10/26/23)
