Man Arrested After Robbery At Bunny's On Elm St.

On 03/21/2023 at approximately 7:34 am the Manchester Police Department responded to Bunny’s Convenience located at 947 Elm St. for a reported holdup alarm. Upon arrival, they spoke with the clerk who reported that she had just been robbed.

The clerk reported that the suspect became upset when she asked him for identification in order to purchase cigarettes. The suspect briefly stepped away from the counter but returned a short time later and was again asked for an identification. At this time, the suspect threw hot coffee at the clerk.

The suspect then went behind the counter area and demanded that the clerk empty the cash register. The suspect emptied the register and fled the store with a quantity of cash. During the course of the investigation, detectives and officers were able to review video surveillance from the store and video from multiple locations in the area. They were able to track the suspect back to an address on Market St. after he committed this robbery.

Detectives and officers later located the suspect exiting the building that he entered after the robbery. The suspect was placed into custody at this time and identified as Brandon Ross, 32 of Manchester. Ross was transported to the Manchester Police Department and charged with Robbery.
