Man Arrested After Gun Fired During Argument

On January 5, 2023, Manchester Police responded to 43 Cumberland St for a report of a domestic dispute where a gun was fired.

Arriving officers spoke with witnesses who said around 11:15 PM, they heard an argument between a man and woman. Shortly after they heard what sounded like a gunshot in front of the residence. Police did find a casing at the end of the driveway.

Through the investigation, police determined that the gun had been fired in the air during the argument. Police arrested and charged 37-year-old Franke Peralta of Manchester with Reckless Conduct with a Deadly Weapon.
