June’s Hillsborough County Superior Court – North Indictments include indictments for the February stabbing in front of 603 Bar and Grille, the March shooting behind a Spruce St. building, the March incident where a 2-month-old was found unresponsive, the fatal car crash on Granite St., the March incident where a man pulled a fake Sig Sauer on police, and last year’s fatal crash involving a teen driver and juvenile passenger.
210 indictments were handed down for 93 individuals, with 21% drug-related, 20% for Theft/Robbery/Fraud, and 11% for Assault.
Out of the drug charges, over 75% was for Heroin/Fentanyl, Crack/Crack Cocaine, or Methamphetamine.

Desmel Cooper of Manchester
Indictments: First Degree Assault, PRCFF
Allegedly stabbed someone after being previously convicted of a felony in NY.
This is related to a February stabbing outside of 603 Bar and Grille. A warrant was issued for Cooper the next day and was arrested in New York the following month.
Codarrel Kirk of Manchester
Indictments: Domestic Violence (2), Criminal Mischief, Reckless Conduct (4)
Allegedly shot 4 times at the vehicle of the mother of his child while she was nearby.
This is related to a March shooting behind a Spruce St. building; Kirk was arrested the next day.
Levi Alvarez of Manchester
Indictment: Second Degree Assault
Allegedly struck someone in the head with a pan.
Brandon Berube of Manchester
Indictment: Assault by Prisoners
Allegedly caused unprivileged contact to another at the Valley Street Jail

Allegedly struck an officer using his head and spit on two other officers

Allegedly confined an intimate partner in an apartment for several days without allowing her to leave, stabbed her in the hand with scissors, and then threatened to smash her skull in with a baseball bat in an effort to force submission to sexual penetration, and threatened to kill her and her family

Allegedly obtained funds from the William and Barbara Tassie Revocable Trust, Roger J. Martel Revocable Trust, and the Estate of Alphonse H. Pitcher, failing to make payments and using the property as his own.

Allegedly was armed with a firearm and ordered someone to “Give me everything you have,” and stole his wallet and Glock 9 mm pistol.
David Lang of Manchester

Allegedly smashed the window of Don Quijote to commit theft, pried open a Dunkin Donuts drive-thru window and stole $5,000, pried open another Dunkin Donuts drive-thru window to commit theft, and stole an additional $118.70 from Aroma Joe’s.

Allegedly struggled with someone while committing a theft at Market Basket, and while armed with a Glock 9 mm pistol, having been previously convicted of 3 or more felonies.

Ailadi R. Abreu of Derry
Indictments: Negligent Homicide, Manslaughter - Reckless, Reckless Conduct (2)
Allegedly drove at an excessive rate of speed, resulting in a crash and the death of another person.
This is related to a March car crash that killed Michael Shattuck. Abreu was charged while in the hospital and released on personal recognizance bail.
Waleed Al Thuwayni of Manchester
Indictments: Reckless Conduct (2), Criminal Threatening
Allegedly drove at high speeds and in circles on Elm St, and “made it appear he was about to shoot Sgt. Feathers of the Manchester Police Department with a firearm that was in fact a bb-gun.”
This is related to the March incident where Al Thuwayni was shot by police after allegedly pulling a fake Sig Sauer P226 9 MM handgun that turned out to be a BB Gun.
Connor Hill of Londonderry
Indictments: Negligent Homicide, Reckless Conduct (2)
Allegedly, after having a license for less than a month, was driving 90+ mph, unsafely moving between lanes, with a passenger under 18 who was not wearing a seat belt, and causing a crash with another car that killed the passenger under 18.
This is related to last year’s fatal crash.

Allegedly drove into the path of an oncoming vehicle causing a crash
Cassandra Martin-Jones of Manchester

Allegedly cut off an intimate partner off while driving in separate vehicles multiple times, screamed “I’m going to light your car on fire” while following the same person in her car, and drove her car into an unoccupied vehicle owned by the same person 3 times.
