Indictment Roundup: June 2023

June’s Hillsborough County Superior Court – North Indictments include indictments for the February stabbing in front of 603 Bar and Grille, the March shooting behind a Spruce St. building, the March incident where a 2-month-old was found unresponsive, the fatal car crash on Granite St., the March incident where a man pulled a fake Sig Sauer on police, and last year’s fatal crash involving a teen driver and juvenile passenger.


210 indictments were handed down for 93 individuals, with 21% drug-related, 20% for Theft/Robbery/Fraud, and 11% for Assault.


Out of the drug charges, over 75% was for Heroin/Fentanyl, Crack/Crack Cocaine, or Methamphetamine.

Violent Crimes:

  • Desmel Cooper of Manchester

  • Codarrel Kirk of Manchester

  • Levi Alvarez of Manchester

    • Indictment: Second Degree Assault

    • Allegedly struck someone in the head with a pan.

  • Brandon Berube of Manchester

    • Indictment: Assault by Prisoners

    • Allegedly caused unprivileged contact to another at the Valley Street Jail

  • Lamond C Foster of Manchester

    • Indictments: Assault by Prisoners (3)

    • Allegedly struck an officer using his head and spit on two other officers

  • Lenon Munox-Benitez of Londonderry

    • Indictment: Assault by Prisoners

    • Allegedly punched someone in the face while in custody at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections

  • Dylan Reynolds of Manchester

    • Indictments: First Degree Assault, AFSA (3), Kidnapping (2), Domestic Violence, Criminal Restraint

    • Allegedly confined an intimate partner in an apartment for several days without allowing her to leave, stabbed her in the hand with scissors, and then threatened to smash her skull in with a baseball bat in an effort to force submission to sexual penetration, and threatened to kill her and her family

  • Brandon Ross of Manchester

    • Indictments: Robbery, Assault by Prisoners

    • Allegedly threw liquid in the face of the store clerk at Bunny’s, stole from the cash register, and then caused unprivileged contact with someone while a prisoner.

  • Joshua Shea of Nashua

    • Indictment: Assault by Prisoners

    • Allegedly caused unprivileged contact with someone while a prisoner

  • Ryan Whorf of Manchester

    • Indictment: Second Degree Assault

    • Allegedly threw a butcher block at someone and hit them in the head.



Crimes Against Minors:

  • Devyn T Canner of Manchester

    • Indictment: Second Degree Assault

    • Allegedly caused bruising to his son’s head and face

  • Eric Howes of Manchester

    • Indictment: Felonious Sexual Assault (4), AFSA (10)

    • Allegedly sexually assaulted a child under the age of 13, including penetrating the victim, multiple times and in multiple ways, over the course of years

  • Robert Jache of Manchester

    • Indictment: Manufacture of Child Sexual Abuse Images

    • Allegedly told a child under 16 to masturbate while recording a video on Snapchat

  • Tommie Johnson of Manchester

    • Indictments: First Degree Assault (2)

    • Allegedly shook an infant, resulting in fractures to the infant’s skull and retinal hemorrhaging

    • This is related to a March incident where a 2-month-old was found unresponsive.

  • Venant Sinabuhamagaye of Manchester

    • Indictments: CDAAP (5), Intentional Contribution to Delinquency

    • Allegedly had his minor half-brother help him sell drugs and his half-brother sold crack cocaine to a Manchester PD confidential informant.

  • Donald Solomon of Deering

    • Indictments: Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Images, Child Pornography

    • Allegedly distributed a sexual image of a pre-pubescent female child and an adult male


Theft and Fraud:

  • Jaquelle Anderson of Lowell, MA

    • Indictment: Theft by Unauthorized Taking

    • Allegedly stole 40 pairs of pants from Hollister Co.

  • Crystal Arias Meija of Manchester

    • Indictments: Identity Fraud, Theft by Deception

    • Allegedly opened an account at Rent-a-Center in someone else’s name

  • Robert Calder of Manchester

    • Indictment: Robbery

    • Allegedly stole items from Kenoco Gas Station and threw rocks at the employee

  • David Dunn of Durham

    • Indictments: Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer (4), Thefts by Misapplication of Property (4)

    • Allegedly obtained funds from the William and Barbara Tassie Revocable Trust, Roger J. Martel Revocable Trust, and the Estate of Alphonse H. Pitcher, failing to make payments and using the property as his own.

  • Deandre Fultz of Manchester

    • Indictments: Robbery, Theft by Unauthorized Taking

    • Allegedly was armed with a firearm and ordered someone to “Give me everything you have,” and stole his wallet and Glock 9 mm pistol.

  • David Lang of Manchester

    • Indictments: Criminal Mischief (3), Burglary (4), Theft by Unauthorized Taking

    • Allegedly smashed the window of Don Quijote to commit theft, pried open a Dunkin Donuts drive-thru window and stole $5,000, pried open another Dunkin Donuts drive-thru window to commit theft, and stole an additional $118.70 from Aroma Joe’s.

  • Jason Plumer of Moultonborough

    • Indictments: Robbery, PRACC, PRCFF

    • Allegedly struggled with someone while committing a theft at Market Basket, and while armed with a Glock 9 mm pistol, having been previously convicted of 3 or more felonies.

  • Samantha Pollock of Manchester

    • Indictments: Theft by Unauthorized Taking

    • Allegedly stole $1,100 from Brother’s Express

  • Arica E Siegel of Manchester

    • Indictments: Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Receiving Stolen Property, CDAAP, Possession of Controlled Drugs

    • Allegedly stole $1,500 worth of property from Kohl’s

  • Caitlin Vittum of Walpole

    • Indictments: Theft by Deception (2)

    • Allegedly obtained control over $24,600 and $43,200 when she created a false impression that she intended to fulfill four given contracts.

  • Christopher Vittum of Walpole

    • Indictments: Theft by Deception (2)

    • Allegedly obtained control over $24,600 and $43,200 when she created a false impression that she intended to fulfill four given contracts.

Driving Incidents:

  • Ailadi R. Abreu of Derry

  • Waleed Al Thuwayni of Manchester

    • Indictments: Reckless Conduct (2), Criminal Threatening

    • Allegedly drove at high speeds and in circles on Elm St, and “made it appear he was about to shoot Sgt. Feathers of the Manchester Police Department with a firearm that was in fact a bb-gun.”

    • This is related to the March incident where Al Thuwayni was shot by police after allegedly pulling a fake Sig Sauer P226 9 MM handgun that turned out to be a BB Gun.

  • Connor Hill of Londonderry

    • Indictments: Negligent Homicide, Reckless Conduct (2)

    • Allegedly, after having a license for less than a month, was driving 90+ mph, unsafely moving between lanes, with a passenger under 18 who was not wearing a seat belt, and causing a crash with another car that killed the passenger under 18.

    • This is related to last year’s fatal crash.

  • Steven Chalmers of Gardner, MA

    • Indictment: Reckless Conduct

    • Allegedly drove into the path of an oncoming vehicle causing a crash

  • Cassandra Martin-Jones of Manchester

    • Indictments: Criminal Mischief, Reckless Conduct (2), Criminal Threatening

    • Allegedly cut off an intimate partner off while driving in separate vehicles multiple times, screamed “I’m going to light your car on fire” while following the same person in her car, and drove her car into an unoccupied vehicle owned by the same person 3 times.


Misc:

  • Malik Brainard of Myrtle Beach, SC

    • Indictment: Criminal Threatening

    • Allegedly stated “DO I GOT TO COME UP THERE AND SHOOT SOMEBODY TO GET IT BACK?" to a Manchester Police Department employee over the phone.

  • Riley Harris of Manchester

    • Indictments: CDAAP (2), Falsifying Physical Evidence (2), Delivery of Articles Prohibited

    • Allegedly possessed a bag of fentanyl while an inmate in the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections

  • Dylan Hughes of Manchester

    • Indictments: Reckless Conduct, CDAAP, Pistols & Revolvers Changing Marks, Felonious Use of Firearm

    • Allegedly shot a pistol near residential buildings of Turner and Blaine Streets, and had altered the manufacturer's number on a pistol

  • Robinson Loubriel Resto of Manchester

    • Indictments: Arson, Falsifying Physical Evidence, Burglary (2)

    • Allegedly poured a liquid on a car and attempted to light it on fire and then discarded the items in a dumpster

  • Jordan Newberry of Meredith

    • Indictments: PRCFF, PRACC

    • Allegedly owned a firearm while having been convicted of 3 or more felonies
