Fugitive of the Week: Thomas Vincent Frady

The NH Department of Corrections is attempting to locate and arrest parole fugitive Thomas Vincent Frady. He is wanted for parole violations from an underlying conviction of theft & receiving stolen property as well as additional charged criminal activity in multiple states.

Frady was released to a detainer on a new sentence in MA around 2016. He failed to report to NH upon release from MA incarceration and the NH Department of Corrections issued a warrant for absconding. Frady was apprehended in 2019 and charged with fugitive of justice from NH and MA.

He was charged/convicted of several new offenses between MA, RI, CT which include but are not limited to issuing bad checks and larceny x7. Frady was released by CT with reporting instructions to NH. The NH Department of Corrections is seeking any information that may lead to the location and apprehension of Frady.
