Fugitive of the Week: Justin Robert Washburn

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is attempting to locate and arrest Fugitive, Justin Robert Washburn. Washburn is wanted for Parole Violations stemming from an underlying conviction for Strong Arm Robbery with a Deadly Weapon (636:1).

Washburn was previously in a sober house, in Laconia, prior to absconding. He has a known substance use disorder.

Washburn is known to have family, friends, and associates in the Belknap County & lakes region, and is still believed to be in that area. Washburn has a previous escape conviction, and his criminal history includes absconding from supervision.

The NH Department of Corrections is seeking any information that may lead to the location and arrest of Washburn. If you see someone who resembles Washburn, please contact the NH Department of Corrections, or your local police department.
