Fugitive of the Week: Eric Kyle Gonyer

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is attempting to locate and arrest fugitive Eric Kyle Gonyer. Gonyer has a violation of probation pending in Belknap County Superior Court, in addition to a pending felony narcotics possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court. Both courts have issued warrants for his arrest.

Gonyer also has misdemeanor charges pending in several district courts. Gonyer was made aware of the warrant and offered several opportunities to turn himself in but is refusing to do so. Gonyer is known to frequent the Belmont/Laconia/Gilford/Franklin areas. He has been seen driving various vehicles despite not possessing a valid driver's license.

Gonyer has a long history of drug use and failing to comply with all treatment recommendations. His criminal record dates back 23 years and includes a robbery where a weapon was used, violating a protective order, domestic violence simple assault, and six prior convictions for violating his probation/parole.
