Fugitive of the Week: Dawn S. Russo

The NH Department of Corrections is attempting to locate and arrest Parole fugitive Dawn S. Russo.

Russo is wanted for Parole Violations stemming from underlying convictions for Reckless Conduct/DV/Deadly Weapon, Theft by Unauthorized Taking and Receiving Stolen Property. NH Department of Corrections issued a parole warrant on 05/24/2023 due to her failure to report and failure to notify her parole officer of her new address.

She also is wanted by Manchester PD for Theft by Unlawful Taking. Russo has ties to the Manchester NH and Rochester NH area. Recent sightings place her around the South Willow Street, Manchester, NH area. The NH Department of Corrections is seeking any information that may lead to the location and arrest of Russo.
