Fugitive of the Week: David John Macrae

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is attempting to locate and arrest fugitive David John Macrae. Macrae is on Parole in NH for Theft, Identity Fraud and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and absconded from supervision in June of 2023. Macrae is also wanted for additional Theft by Deception charges, possession of a controlled drug, and driving charges in MA.

Macrae has a history of substance abuse and convictions for Assault and Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Possession of Controlled Substances and Resisting Arrest. Macrae has more than 25 theft-related convictions between NH and MA.

Macrae was last known to be in Derry, NH, where he has family ties, and is also known to frequent the NH Seacoast area.
