Former Fugitive of the Week Scott Donahue Arrested

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces the arrest of former Fugitive of the Week, Scott Donahue. Donahue, 60, was wanted on a parole violation, stemming from an underlying conviction of Second-Degree Assault/Domestic Violence/Strangle (631:2:I:F).

Donahue was featured as the Department’s Fugitive of the Week on May 17, 2023. Following this feature, the department received a tip from the public that ultimately led to him being located near the residence of the victim in his underlying case. Donahue was apprehended by the Allenstown Police Department, with the help of the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Department. Following his bail hearing, Donahue is being held on preventative detention at the Merrimack County House of Corrections, where he awaits a probation hearing in front of the Merrimack County Superior Court.

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections would like to thank the public for their assistance in Donahue’s apprehension.

The Fugitive of the Week program was launched by the Department of Corrections in March of this year to encourage public assistance in locating individuals who have absconded from supervision. Each Wednesday, the Department shares information on a specific fugitive through various communications platforms, and with law enforcement through the New Hampshire Information and Analysis Center.
