Convicted Felon Charged With 3 Counts Of Duty To Inform
On August 5, 2022, Manchester Police charged 24-year-old Travis Demers with 3 counts of Duty to Inform.
Demers is a registered sex offender and to remain compliant, needs to report to the Manchester Police Department within 5 days of an address, vehicle, or online identifier change. Police recently learned that Demers has three social media accounts that he did not report.
This came to the attention of the Manchester Police Department earlier this month after Demers was arrested by Candia and Salem Police on Violation of Privacy charges. Through the course of the investigation, social media accounts were discovered.
Demers was booked in absentia as he is currently held at the Rockingham County Jail on other charges. In June, Demers was also charged with Duty to Inform for not reporting an address change in the required amount of time.
