Bedford Police Investigating Report of Bullet Striking Home
Chief John J. Bryfonski reports that the Bedford Police Department is actively investigating an incident that involved a small-caliber bullet striking a home Thursday afternoon.
On Thursday, June 8, at approximately 2:40 p.m., Bedford Police responded to reports of a bullet that struck a home on Pulpit Road.
Upon arrival officers located a small-caliber bullet that struck the residence. It is not known at this time whether this was intentional or an errant round. No injuries were reported.
This investigation is ongoing. Anyone who was in the area of Pulpit Road between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Thursday and who may have information relevant to this investigation is asked to call the Bedford Police Department at 603-472-5113.
