Bedford Man Arrested For Nonconsensual Dissemination of Private Sexual Images

Members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Field Operations Bureau arrested Samuel Leblanc, age 21, of Bedford, New Hampshire, for 5 counts of Nonconsensual Dissemination of Private Sexual Images, all Class B Felonies.

The Nashua Police Departments Uniform Field Operations Bureau received a report from an adult female regarding inappropriate online harassment.

Detectives from the Special Investigations Division were assigned to further the investigation and determined that Samuel Leblanc had disseminated private sexual images of the female victim to another individual without her consent.

Detectives applied for and were granted an arrest warrant charging Samuel Leblanc with Nonconsensual Dissemination of Private Sexual Images.

Each Class B Felony is punishable by a term of imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Leblanc was released on personal recognizance and issued an arraignment date on February 9, 2023, at 1:00 p.m.
