Manchester Man Arrested for Multiple Pelham Burglaries

At approximately 4:46pm, the Pelham Police Department responded to a home on May Lane for a report a male subject that had broken into the residence. The caller hid inside until officers arrived on scene and safely removed him from the house. With the assistance of the Salem, N.H. Police Department, Hudson, N.H. Police Department, and Windham N.H. Police Department a perimeter was established, and the house was searched. The suspect had fled the house prior to Officers arrival.


At approximately 6:39pm Officers were still searching the area and were flagged down by a resident who stated they saw a male matching the description of the burglary suspect. Officers went to the last known location, upon Officer arrival that male fled into a wooded area behind a residence on Simpson Road. The suspect, Justin Spencer, Age 36 of Manchester, NH, was taken into custody by Pelham Police Officers without incident.


After Justin was in custody, it became known that he had burglarized a second home on Velma Circle in Pelham, NH in addition to the residence on May Lane.


Justin was denied bail and is currently being held at the Hillsborough County Jail in Manchester, NH. Justin will be arraigned at the Hillsborough County Superior Court on 09/06/2023 for two charges of Burglary, Resisting Arrest, Criminal Mischief, and Criminal Threatening.
